Prerequisite

Candidates must demonstrate competence in the essential duties of the position;
Have at least a working knowledge of two of the official languages, one of which must be English;
Be a citizen of South Africa;

Must not already be involved in any criminal prosecutions or have any prior criminal convictions;
A vetting procedure involving security screening and fingerprint verification will be applied to applicants;
Possessing a Grade 10 diploma is advantageous;
Basic communication, literacy, and numeracy abilities;
Ability to read and write; Knowledge of basic tools and equipment; Willingness to put in overtime when required.

Roles

Polish wood surfaces and furniture. Clean bathrooms and kitchens; vacuum carpets and mop tile floors; remove trash; carry out maintenance chores in and around the assigned premises; store and handle a variety of cleaning aids; load and unload goods; provide garden maintenance services; wash and clean government vehicles, kitchenware, and utensils.
