Purpose Of Role

Implementing standardized training programs and on-the-job training for our security guards fall within the purview of the security training officer. Additionally, they are in charge of ensuring that Security Guards receive the necessary training, evaluating their job performance, and offering on-the-job assistance.

Responsibility and Tasks

The following are only a few examples of duties

teaching lessons
evaluating the performance of students

keeping track of pupils who have received credentials.
keeping the program budget in check.

desired qualifications and experience

At least Grade 10.
Grade C recognized and approved retail store experience.

2 years at the very least in the security sector.
no history of criminal activity.
being open to routine criminal background checks.
physically fit is a must.
Traveling a great deal is necessary.

Certificate from PSIRA (Beneficial)
a valid driver’s license
