Position Description

Attend to and respond to visitor repair needs. Assist visitors and customers in resolving maintenance concerns. Perform all floor preparation, painting, minor drywall and timber trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter alternative and the entire and thorough cleanup of the painting or restore area.

FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Education

GED or high school diploma.

Relevant Work History

Some knowledge of general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting for the inside and exterior. Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a bonus.

Experience as a supervisor

No supervisory background is necessary.
