Two VIP Security Officers are needed by Hollywoodbets, and they will be situated at the Wynberg & Waterkant Branch. It is the duty of VIP Security Officers to provide and uphold a secure environment for the populace. This can entail keeping an eye on surveillance tools or conducting patrols to secure a space. The VIP Security Officers are responsible for preventing theft and loss and reporting any abnormalities.

Roles
15 minutes before the branch opens, a VIP (Security) Officer is required to be on hand.
In the presence of the VIP (Security) Officer, the Branch Manager or Senior Team Leader will open the Branch.
Prior to the Branch opening, the VIP (Security) Officer must make sure to execute a perimeter patrol.
Before the Branch is opened, a VIP (Security) Officer must search the area for any suspicious movements.
Before the branch opens and closes, VIP (Security) Officers must be highly watchful and aware of their surroundings at all times.
Once the Branch is open, a VIP (Security) Officer must traverse the whole floor to make sure everything is in order.
Before the Branch Manager or Senior Team Leader continues with their daily inspections, the VIP (Security) Officer must confirm that all observation checks have been finished.
One VIP (Security) Officer must be stationed away from the door between opening and closing, keeping an eye on their colleague and looking out for any possible threats.
Patrolling should include all parking spaces, the back areas, and both the inside and outside of the Branch door.
Prior to the handover of equipment and during shift changes, make sure that all two-way radios are completely charged.
For usage at the start of your shift, charge the batteries the night before.
Make that all two-way radios and emergency buttons are operational and stored securely.
To promote open communication and convenience in the case of an emergency, VIP (Security) Officers are required to carry their panic buttons, two-way radios, and earpieces with them at all times.
All visitors entering the Branch, including team members, must be scanned by the VIP (Security) Officer stationed in the search zone.
Make sure the Branch door or the gate is always kept closed in the search area.
VIP (Security) (Security) Cross-gender scanning of visitors entering the Branch is not permitted by officers.
Only male VIP (Security) Officers are permitted to scan male guests, and only female VIP (Security) Officers are permitted to scan female guests.
The VIP (Security) Officer must make sure to use a stick to search female baggage. Male visitors are not permitted to bring baggage inside.
The VIP (Security) Officer’s duties include controlling the flow of cars into and out of the building as well as directing traffic on our property.
In order to ensure security and reduce high risk, the VIP (Security) Officer must minimize entrance by sliding closed one door during the day’s closing operation.
When invited by the branch manager, the VIP (Security) Officer is required to attend.
Each morning by 10:00 am, the VIP (Security) Officer must help with stock receipt, alarm testing, and daily report submission.

Compliance
Before starting their shift, the VIP (Security) Officers must make sure they are wearing their name badges and full Amadoda uniforms. (Only white vet, black socks, and black shoes).
Check everyone entering the building, even team members.
Be aware of visitors leaving the Branch and note whether they had something you spotted when they arrived but are taking it away now.
Bags are not permitted on the property.
No weapons or firearms are permitted on the property (except on an official law enforcement officer).
No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property.
Contact your coworkers if you are dealing with a tough customer so you can hit the panic button before things get out of hand.
Alcohol is not allowed on the premises of Branches without a liquor license.
All team members are prohibited from placing credit-bets.
Amadora’s VIP (Security) officers cannot place bets while they are on duty.
The limited pay-out machine cannot be used by VIP (Security) Officers who are on duty.
