In order to guarantee that data is seamlessly integrated amongst the many applications in the SPAR systems landscape, the Senior Systems Analyst – Integration will be largely responsible for the design, development, and delivery of interfaces. This also entails integrating both internal and external applications .
Principal Performance Areas
Technical Assistance and Advice
Senior Systems Analyst explains how integration technology may be utilized to assist corporate objectives in the most effective way.
develops and implements pertinent integration roadmaps in collaboration with architects.
gives suggestions for the establishment of the integration design and build’s guiding concepts and standards.
builds or oversees the creation of prototypes to investigate new integration technologies and gain technical implementation understanding.
Assists numerous organizational stakeholders, such as the Business Applications Operations Teams, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts, with their technical needs.
Designing and Analyzing Interfaces
well-defined, SPAR-compliant technical integration requirements are produced.
comparing the design of the integration solution to the business needs.
provides Programme and Project Managers with estimates and timelines for developing and maintaining integration artifacts.
Development, evaluation, and upkeep of interfaces
makes sure that all solutions are upgradable, customizable, and that all procedures are well-documented.
carries out unit and integration testing in accordance with standardized test cases.
creates deployment scripts, release notes, and troubleshooting manuals.
proactive actions that are needed to optimize stability and performance with relation to integration are suggested and implemented.
Project Team Engagement
helps the group manage projects and carry out system releases (e.g., service updates, integrations, new configurations).
monitors task progress in relation to a project plan and updates stakeholders on project/production-related concerns.
aids in the investigation of problems and procedures and advances solutions.
Senior Systems Analyst
necessary prerequisites
Relevant Information Systems degree
7 years minimum of integration architecture, design, and delivery experience
Experience creating interfaces in SAP PO for at least 5 years
being familiar with and knowledgeable about SAP modules (SAPSD/MM/CAR/MDF/EWM/FI/PMR)
have knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio and NWDI (NetWeaver Infrastructure Growth)
having knowledge of the Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M)
3 to 5 years’ minimum experience with Java and J2EE
a minimum of two years’ worth of retail experience, ideally in the FMCG sector .
