The position of Negotiations consultant calls for enthusiastic individuals who will frequently interact with clients and credit providers. It is expected of the candidate to be familiar with all of the company’s software; be productive in organization and question goal. Other essential preparation (for example authoritative records) will be given as required.
Important duties:
Assuring that our customers are in the best possible financial position by:
Succeeding in creditor negotiations on all accounts that qualify for Debt Counseling.
Providing answers and counsel to customers’ money issues, particularly with relation to possessions and accounts that aren’t qualified for debt counseling.
Managing the client’s life cycle effectively from the point at which you accept the customer into your pipeline to the point at which you assign the client to legal.
Using credit insurance to give the client financial security against their debt.
Using life cover insurance to give the client financial security for their family expenses and income.
Making sure that the period from Accepted to Assigned to Legal adheres to customary business and industry SLAs
serve as a go-between for clients and credit suppliers.
Achieving high client satisfaction for all parties involved by: 1. Making sure the client has the best possible experience while working with you.
Throughout the bargaining process, assisting the customer and the creditor.
