Role Purpose: To carry out administrative duties and provide services to assist the company secretary department’s effective and efficient operations.

Reference No: NEM-/16/05//2023

Duration: 12 Months Contract

assist in reserving locations for Board meetings.
Assist in making sure unique requirements, including meeting space, catering, and stationery, are met.
assist the company secretary with all office duties

Help ensure that board members’ travel and lodging arrangements are made by, among other things, filing, compiling a roster of meetings, and reconciling board fees to payroll and the ledger.
Ad-hoc project support to help the Secretarial Services Team’s goals get accomplished.
ongoing education on all laws connected to governance

Requirements:

Diploma or  Degree in Administration

No work experience required
