Duration: 12 Months
Stipend: ± R4 000 – R5 000 per month (estimated)
Location: Various Eskom sites across South Africa

This programme is aimed at empowering unemployed youth with real workplace exposure and skills development.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen

• Aged between 18 – 34 years

• Unemployed and not studying full-time

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification

• Not previously participated in a YES programme

• Willing to commit to a 12-month work experience programme
