Position Description

The general goal of the position is to oversee the branch’s sales, marketing, operations, technical, and administrative tasks. To maintain high operating standards, adhere to deadlines and budgets, and work to lower crime rates while organically expanding the branch.

 

prerequisite

Advantageous: General Management post-matriculation.
Mid-Management experience of at least three years is required.

Financial expertise in predicting, profit and loss, and budgeting Grade B Security Certificate – (existing or to be obtained on appointment).
Preferable is experience in the security sector.

Roles and Tasks

supervision

must constantly exercise effective leadership over the branch’s staff.
to passionately convey the branch’s mission, plan of action, and results.

sales management and execution

To achieve the desired market share in the branch, assemble and maintain a competent sales team.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring for sellers
Control sellers using a pipeline process.

Reach monthly sales goals for all sales channels (in terms of both units and money).
Create effective branch marketing and sales strategies to help meet sales budgets.

Accounting, Planning, and Controls

Make sure that the branch’s budget plans and stretch goals are consistently reached by submitting them.
according to regional regulations, provide yearly business plans, operating budgets, and sales budgets for the branch.
Manage and make sure that the branch’s forecasting is correct in line with finance.
Manage Branch P&L to guarantee ongoing profitability and expansion.
In charge of the branch’s efficient collections.

Reduce motor vehicle accidents (including response), services, and maintenance by managing the branch fleet to prevent service interruptions brought on by cars being off the road.
Control community operations managers to guarantee top-notch operations across the branch.
Make certain client visits for contact offenses are handled (It is expected that the manager does not delegate this duty).

Make certain that operational compliance, including FAMS, training, payroll, etc., is successfully managed by the accountable parties.
