The job of the business analyst is to bring SPAR business benefits via focused IT and business activities that are in line with the company’s goals and strategy. By working together, communicating, planning, and allocating resources, the incumbent must make sure that intended business goals are realized. They must also support business needs for IT operations and perform system specialist duties.

Roles of the Vacancy

Find opportunities to enhance company processes in the functional area where they operate.
In all SPAR Group nations, at both central and regional sites, advocate for backing and come to an agreement within the functional area.
To collect requirements for solution design, interact with management and business users.

Confirmed end-to-end business procedures and business needs documentation should be prepared and documented.
Make sure functional test cases are prepared to verify that functional requirements are satisfied.
Give the reins to the roll out teams to continue the site roll-out and the operational technical teams to provide continuous support , As directed by  business analyst management, occasional tasks.

requirements

Matric.
relevant postsecondary education (BCom or equivalent).
Strong retail background with in-depth understanding of internet purchasing, store procedures, and master data to support the processes.

In the Business Analysis program for the Retail industry, at least five years of expertise in linked IT fields.

The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities:

a high level of discretion, emotional maturity, moral principles, and integrity
High stress tolerance and the capacity to perform well under duress are requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required to work well with coworkers at all levels and with external clients.

a creative mind with the capacity to tackle challenging issues.
Must be persuasive, cooperative, and logical.
