Prerequisite

a postsecondary degree at NQF level 7 in business, commerce, and management studies, as well as humanities and social sciences. Experience three years’ worth of expertise in a monitoring and evaluation setting at

management/supervisory level (ASD). a track record of developing assessment techniques and instruments, compiling evaluation reports, and sharing conclusions and advice. shown expertise in the formulation of evaluation strategies for outcome and impact evaluations as well as in the planning, designing, and implementation of qualitative and quantitative M&E instruments.

Expert theoretical and analytical methods, considerable practical experience in the monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects, and training interventions, and a proven capacity to communicate analytical results to various audiences.
